We collect various information that identifies you as a person (“Personal Information”) in two ways. First, we collect Personal Information that you provide to us. Second, we collect certain Automated Information that may contain Personal Information when you use our Software and Services.
The Personal Information you provide to us is generally:
· contact details including name, email, telephone number, and address;
· login and account information, including unique user ID and password;
· personal details including date of birth.
We collect Personal Information directly from you when you provide it to us. This typically occurs when you:
· Make a purchase with us;
· Send us an email or other communication;
· Register for an account with us;
· Participate in our promotions, surveys, and/or contests;
· Play our social games; or
· Participate in our sweepstakes.
We also collect information, some of which may be Personal Information, through automated means when you visit our Software (“Automated Information”) such as:

When you use the Software and Services, we automatically generate an anonymous internal user ID (which does not personally identify you), which is assigned to your use of the Software and Services (the "User ID") and may be combined with any of the above information.
Most commonly we will use your Personal Information in the following circumstances:
· Where you have asked us to do so, or consented to us doing so;
· Where we need to do so in order to perform a contract we have entered into with you;
· Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests (or those of a third party) and your fundamental;
· rights do not override those interests; and
· Where we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.
We may share information with the third party under the following circumstances:
1. We are required by laws to disclose your information.
2. The team experiences the combination, acquisition, change of control power of other companies and other business transitions.
In any case other than the above, without your prior consent，we will not share your personal identity information with the third party.
If you do not want us to use information that we collect for us to deliver advertisements to you, you can opt-out of receiving such advertising.
Note that: (a) if you opt-out we may still collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it will not be used by us for the purpose of targeting ads to you; (b) if you use multiple browsers or devices you may need to execute this opt out on each browser or device; and (c) other ad companies’ opt-outs may function differently than our opt-out, and we have no control over the practices of any third-parties. We do not make any representations or warranties about such opt-out services. Such services are independent from us, and we have no control over, or responsibility for their performance.
Nevertheless, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee that the information you deliver to us will be 100% secure. Meanwhile, we establish data nodes all around the world to back up data to be under supervision by local laws.
After you uninstall our software or stop using our services, we will delete all your data within three months. If you clear your data through internal software clicks, we will immediately delete your locally saved data and delete all your data on the server within one month.
If you are the user of Europe, you have a right to (subject to a limited number of exceptions): (i) request access to and rectification or erasure of your personal information; (ii) obtain restriction of processing or to object to processing of your personal information; and (iii) ask for a copy of your personal information to be provided to them, or a third party, in a digital format. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about the processing of your personal information with your local data protection authority in the EEA. We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly permit persons under 18 years of age to use the Sites, and we do not knowingly collect, use or disclose Personal Information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected Personal Information from a child under the age of 18, we will make reasonable efforts to delete such information from our records.
We pay close attention to our intellectual property protection. All content, images, design, graphics, text, logos, buttons, interfaces, icons, audio and video clips, and the selection and arrangements of the Software and Services thereof are our exclusive property, and are protected by Berne Convention, international copyright laws and other applicable laws and regulations.
We do not want you to send to us any confidential or proprietary information through email or otherwise. Any information, materials, suggestions, ideas or comments sent to us will be considered non-confidential, and by submitting the same to us, you are giving us the absolute right to use, modify, reproduce, transmit, display and distribute the information for any purpose whatsoever, with no payment or other compensation to you. However, we will not use your name unless we are required by law to identify the source of the materials, information, suggestions, ideas or comments, or unless we first obtain your permission.
